Privacy Policy

REEALITY is published by REEALITY, operating from the United States. Questions or requests about your data can be sent to privacy@reeality.app.

• Account data. Your email address and authentication identifiers, used only to sign you in and keep your projects private to your account.
• Content you create. Topics, tone and length settings, generated scripts and captions, music selections, uploaded lip-sync clips, generated voiceovers, and rendered videos.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (request time, IP address, error details) kept for security and debugging.

We do not collect contacts, health data, precise location, browsing history across other apps, or advertising identifiers. The apps contain no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics or tracking.

Your information is used only to operate the features you ask for: creating an account, generating a script, voiceover, visuals, captions and music, rendering your MP4, keeping your project list available, and troubleshooting failures. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

The mobile app requests permissions only when a feature needs them, and each one is optional:

• Photos / files: to pick a talking-head clip for lip-sync, or to save a finished video.
• Network access: required to reach the generation and rendering services.

The app does not use the camera or microphone in the background, and never accesses your library without you choosing a file.

To deliver the pipeline, content you submit is sent to the following providers, each acting on our instructions and limited to the purpose shown:

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase). Account/authentication, project database, and file storage for uploads and renders.
• Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Google Veo). Generates scripts, voiceover audio, and AI video clips from the text you enter.
• Pexels. Searches royalty-free stock footage using your visual keywords.
• Creatomate. Composites and renders the final 9:16 MP4.
• Sync.so. Produces the lip-synced take from a clip you upload.

Projects, uploads, voiceovers and rendered videos stay in your account until you delete them. Deleting a project removes its stored assets. To delete your account and everything in it, email privacy@reeality.app and the account will be removed. Server logs are retained on a short rolling basis for security and debugging.

Access to your projects requires signing in, and each account can only read and write its own rows and files. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please report anything suspicious to privacy@reeality.app.

REEALITY is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

You can review, export by downloading your videos, correct, or delete your content at any time from the app, and you can request access or deletion of everything tied to your account by email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; contact us and we will honour applicable requests.

If this notice changes materially, the date at the top is updated and, where required, you will be notified in the app.
